Rohbauarbeiten

Lots Lot 1 — LVR-Paul-Klee-Schule, Ersatzneubau, Rohbauarbeiten: Die hier ausgeschrieben Rohbauarbeiten erfolgen im Rahmen des 2. Bauabschnitts der Paul-Klee-Schule, einer Förderschule mit Schwerpunkt körperlich-motorische Entwicklung. Dieser dient der Vervollständigung der bereits im 1. Bauabschnitt errichteten Lernhäuser A - E, die Klassenräume und dienende Funktionen enthalten. Im 2. Bauabschnitt werden nun ergänzend ein Fachklassengebäude mit Forum (Bauteil F), ein Sportbereich mit Einfeldsport- und Schwimmhalle (Bauteil G) und ein Verwaltungsbereich inkl. Personalräumen in einem unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Bestandsgebäude (Gebäude I) neu geplant und errichtet. Alle Bauteile werden mit Verbindungsbauwerken (Bauteil V) verbunden und erschlossen. Die eingeschossigen Neubauten sollen dem Passivhausstandard entsprechen und werden in Holzhybrid- Bauweise erstellt. Das Gebäude G wird unterkellert, wobei die Bodenplatte und die Außenwände als weiße Wanne ausgeführt werden. Die Innenwände der Neubauten werden massiv in Sichtbeton hergestellt, alle Außenwände und die Dachkonstruktion als Holzbauelemente mit holzsichtigen Oberflächen im Innenraum vorgesehen. Die beiden Hallen für Schwimmen und Sport in Bauteil G erhalten an den Fassadenstirnseiten eine Holzstützenkonstruktion im Raster der Holz-Dachbinder sowie eine Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade zur natürlichen Belichtung.
