Neubau Tram-Westtangente, Gleis und Straßenbau im Bauabschnitt I

Lots Lot 1 — SV-MBR-261021-002 - Neubau Tram-Westtangente, Gleis und Straßenbau im Bauabschnitt I: Mit der vorliegenden Baumaßnahme wird der Bauabschnitt I der Tram-Westtangente zwischen Laimer Kreisel / Südportal der Umweltverbundröhre (UVR) am S-Bahnhof Laim und dem Romanplatz realisiert. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Herstellung der Gleis- und Betriebsanlagen der Straßenbahn einschließlich der Anbindung an bestehende Gleisanlagen, der Neubau und Umbau von Haltestellenanlagen sowie die Anpassung angrenzender Straßenverkehrsanlagen. Die Arbeiten erfolgen sowohl im innerstädtischen Straßenraum entlang der Wotanstraße als auch innerhalb der Umweltverbundröhre. Die Baumaßnahme umfasst im Wesentlichen: ->Neubau von ca. 2,1 km zweigleisiger Straßenbahnstrecke, davon ca. 200 m im Tunnel (UVR), ->Neubau bzw. Umbau von 3 Haltestellenanlagen, ->Herstellung und Umbau von ca. 20.000 m² Verkehrsflächen einschließlich Fahrbahnen, Geh- und Radwegen, ->Herstellung von Entwässerungsanlagen sowie Kabelschutzrohr- und Infrastrukturtrassen, ->Anpassung und Anbindung an bestehende Verkehrs- und Gleisanlagen. Der Baubereich ist durch beengte Platzverhältnisse, zahlreiche Grundstückszufahrten, bestehenden Baumbestand, bestehende Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen sowie hohe Verkehrsbelastungen durch den motorisierten Individualverkehr, den ÖPNV sowie den Fuß- und Radverkehr geprägt. Die Aufrechterhaltung der Erreichbarkeit angrenzender Grundstücke und bestehender Verkehrsanlagen ist während der Bauzeit sicherzustellen. Besondere Anforderungen ergeben sich aus den Arbeiten innerhalb der Umweltverbundröhre sowie aus der Koordination mit parallel tätigen Auftragnehmern und den Schnittstellen zur 2. S-Bahn-Stammstrecke.
