Erweiterung und Generalsanierung der Giechburgschule, Privates Sonderpädagogisches Förderzentrum Scheßlitz. Erweiterungsbau, BRI ca. 13.300 m³; Generalsanierung mit Errichtung geneigter Dächer, BRI ca. 11.000 m³ Sanierung Hausmeisterwohnhaus, BRI ca. 820 m³; Besondere Leistungen im Rahmen der Objektüberwachung. Anhand der bereits vorliegenden Entwurfsplanung (LPH 3 nach HOAI) kann für die Realisierung davon ausgegangen werden, dass mindestens 2 Bauabschnitte gebildet werden müssen: 1. Bauabschnitt: Errichtung des Erweiterungsbaus; 2. Bauabschnitt: Sanierung Bestand Schule, ggf. abschnittsweise mit Errichtung von geneigten Dächern und Sanierung Hausmeisterwohnhaus mit Errichtung eines geneigten Daches. Gesamtkosten gem. Kostenberechnung ca. 23,5 EUR brutto (KG 200-700).
