Der Freistaat Bayern, vertreten durch das Amt für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Forsten Bad Neustadt an der Saale, schreibt die Unterhaltsreinigung für die Standorte Bad Neustadt an der Saale (Los 1) und Bad Kissingen (Los 2) sowie die Glas- und Rahmenreinigung an beiden Standorten (Los3) aus. Die Grundreinigungsflächen betragen: für Los 1 UHR Bad Neustadt: 1.666,54 m2 für Los 2 UHR Bad Kissingen: 1.068,10 m2 für Los 3 GRR beide Standorte: 629,52 m2 Die Jahresreinigungsflächen betragen: für Los 1 UHR Bad Neustadt: 149.962,51 m2 für Los 2 UHR Bad Kissingen: 77.738,75 m2 für Los 3 GRR beide Standorte: 1.259,04 m2 Eine Objektbesichtigung ist fakultativ möglich. Näheres siehe Vergabeunterlagen. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 4 Jahre mit einer zweimaligen Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr. Der Vertrag endet jedoch spätestens mit Ablauf 31.12.2032.
