Anskaffelsen gjelder rehabilitering av avløpsledninger ved bruk av strømpe. Det skal også utføres rehabilitering av kummer i området ved Frognerstranda.
Prosjektet omfatter en selvfallsledning som ligger tett på E18 og jernbane. Dette gjør prosjektet spesielt, og bidrar til at det har et mindre omfang enn typiske «no-dig»-prosjekter for avløpsledninger. Videre skal enkelte ledninger på østsiden av E18 rehabiliteres. I dette området er det registrert utfordringer knyttet til olje i grunnen og kvikkleire i grunnen.
Totalt omfatter prosjektet omtrent 913 meter avløpsledninger med tilhørende kummer.
