VAV har behov for å inngå en ny rammeavtale for besiktigelse av gategrunn og fasader. Avtalen vil innbefatte oppsett av rystelsesmålere samt befaring av boliger.

Ved flere prosjekter skal det besiktes gategrunn og fasader, både før og etter gjennomføring av prosjekter. Ved slike oppdrag skal det dokumenteres skader påført gategrunn og eiendom, som følge av sprenging, pigging mv. Rystelsesmålere vil i enkelttilfeller settes ut i perioder hvor arbeid pågår.

VAV skal inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør, men avtalen er ikke-eksklusiv. Oppdragsgiver har rett, men ingen plikt, til å kjøpe tjenester som omfattes av Rammeavtalen, innenfor Rammeavtalens omfang og varighet.

Øvre økonomiske ramme for anskaffelsen er kr. 55 000 000 ekskl. mva.
