Details
Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV) har til hensikt å inngå en rammeavtale for legging av nytt epoxy-belegg, reparasjon av eksisterende gulv, sliping, akryl og reprasjon av epoxy på etatens industrianlegg. Per nå eksisterer ikke en slik avtale for etaten.
Rammeavtalen omfatter hovedsakelig arbeid på anlegget på Bekkelaget renseanlegg, men vil også anvendes for anleggene på Skullerud, Oset og resten av etatens anlegg. Det vil også være en mulighet for at det nye anlegget på Huseby vil kunne benytte avtalen.

Den øvre økonomiske rammen for rammeavtalen er NOK 9 600 000 ekskl. mva.
EU-domstolen har i sak C-23/20 uttalt at oppdragsgiver ved rammeavtaler må angi en anslått mengde og/eller verdi samt en maksimal mengde og/eller verdi for uttak fra rammeavtalen. Når maksgrensen er nådd er utgangspunktet at rammeavtalen har uttømt sin virkning.
