Oppdragsgiver ønsker å inngå en rammeavtale for leie av maskiner og relevant utstyr til bruk ved grave- og anleggsarbeider for drift og vedlikehold av etatens ledningsnett.
Graveoppdragene omfatter både akutte behov ved lekkasjer og planlagte mindre jobber. Rammeavtalen skal dekke behovene til etatens Avdeling for vedlikehold og ledningsdrift (AVL), men andre avdelinger i etaten kan også benytte seg av avtalen. Maskiner og utstyr skal leies uten fører.

Økonomisk omfang:
Rammeavtalen har en økonomisk ramme på NOK 15 000 000 ekskl. mva for hele avtaleperioden inkl. opsjoner.
Det konkrete uttak er avhengig av etatens skiftende behov i avtaleperioden. Oppdragsgiver forbeholder seg retten til å inngå kontrakter av samme art med andre leverandører dersom Oppdragsgiver finner dette hensiktsmessig.
