For å levere rent drikkevann til Oslo-by trenger VAV koagulant som er godkjent av Mattilsynet til vannbehandling.
Behovet for koagulant antas å være ca. 2000 tonn per år.
Etaten vil inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør. Avtalen er eksklusiv.
Rammeavtalens maksimale verdi er kr 100 000 000,- eks. mva. for hele avtaleperioden.
Estimatet ble laget på bakgrunn av historiske tall og forventet fremtidig bruk etter Oppdragsgiverens beste skjønn. Det konkrete uttaket er avhengig av etatens skiftende behov i avtaleperioden. Det presiseres at avtalen ikke medfører noen kjøpsplikt for VAV.
