Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV/etaten) forvalter leveranse av drikkevann til Oslo-by. Etaten må derfor ha tilgjengelig til enhver tid varer/produkter som er nødvendig for drikkevannsbehandling; i dette tilfellet – polymerer.

VAV har behov for en kortvarig rammeavtale om kjøp og leveranse av polymer til vannbehandling.

Etaten vil inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør. Avtalen er eksklusiv.
