La présente consultation concerne la réfection complète de l'étanchéité de la toiture terrasse de la résidence « LYAUTEY » située 2 à 10, rue Louis-Hubert Lyautey à COURBEVOIE (92400). Le marché concerne la toiture terrasse de la résidence, composée comme suit : - une toiture terrasse d'une surface d'environ 850 m², - des relevés périphériques représentant environ 245 ml. Ces ouvrages sont la propriété du Pouvoir Adjudicateur. Le délai d'exécution des travaux est de 2 mois
