Le présent marché doit permettre une conformité de l'ensemble des PEI publics au Règlement Interdépartemental de Défense Extérieur Contre l'Incendie (RIDDECI) publié par arrêté préfectoral avec la création d'une police spéciale dédiée à la DECI, et de son guide technique annexé avec notamment la partie concernant le suivi et le contrôle du maintien en condition opérationnelle des PEI publics (les actions de maintenance et les contrôles techniques périodiques des hydrants)
