La présente consultation concerne : MAINTENANCE PREVENTIVE, CORRECTIVE ET EVOLUTIVE DES EQUIPEMENTS, DU MATERIEL ET DES SYSTEMES DE MUSEOGRAPHIE La prestation porte sur des opérations de maintenance et d'aide à l'exploitation des équipements de muséographie sur les sites du Muséum et du Quai des Savoirs, et principalement, dans les espaces d'exposition du Muséum d'Histoire Naturelle de Toulouse ( 35 allées Jules Guesde, 31000 TOULOUSE), du Quai des savoirs ainsi dans le Quai des petits au Quai des savoirs (39 allées Jules Guesde, 31000 TOULOUSE). La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum (cf. article 4 de l'acte d'engagement) est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le montant maximum des prestations pour la période initiale (1 an) de l'accord-cadre est de 60 000,00 euro(s) HT. Les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction (3 maximum). Le montant maximum total toutes périodes confondues est de 240 000,00 euro(s) HT. L'accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les prestations seront financées selon les modalités suivantes : Ressources propres Toulouse Métropole. Délai global de paiement de 30 jours
