L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des article L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commande conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec les organisateurs suivants : - Commune de TOULOUSE Le coordinateur du groupement de commandes est : TOULOUSE METROPOLE. Il aura en charge la passation, la signature et la notification de l'accord-cadre. Chaque membre devra suivre l'exécution de l'accord-cadre.
