L'objet de cet accord-cadre par émission de bons de commande est de couvrir les besoins en prestations de maintenance sur les logiciels existants et prestations d'assistance au développement pour l'OPAC de l'Oise. Il comprend : - La demande de prestations d'assistance technique et d'accompagnement au développement (conseil, développement, aide à l'intégration, optimisation, architecture, migration de bases de données Oracle vers PostgreSQL) dans le cadre de nouveaux développements. - La fourniture de prestations de maintenance sur logiciels existants. Le titulaire devra être en mesure d'opérer en tout point du périmètre géographique de l'OPAC de l'Oise. L'accord-cadre est passé avec un seul attributaire et s'exécutera par émission de bons de commande, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 4 000 000 euro(s) HT pour une durée maximale de 4 ans (1 an initial + 3 reconductions possibles)
