Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la sécurisation du patrimoine de l'OPAC de l'Oise par les fourniture et installation de la vidéosurveillance, ainsi que par les fourniture, installation et maintenance du système de contrôle d'accès renforcé. Cet accord-cadre s'exécutant au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande, le CLIENT a recours à un accord-cadre par émission de bons de commande avec un titulaire, conformément aux dispositions des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du code de la Commande Publique. Ces prestations font l'objet de la décomposition par lots suivante : - Lot n°1 - Fourniture et installation de la vidéosurveillance - Lot n°2 - Fourniture, installation et maintenance du système de contrôle d'accès renforcé Les prestations seront exécutées dans le département de l'Oise et éventuellement dans les départements limitrophes. Ce lieu sera mentionné sur le bon de commande
