La présente consultation concerne l'utilisation d'une plateforme fournie de dématérialisation en mode hébergé (ASP) et les prestations de services associées. Cette plateforme doit permettre l'automatisation et l'optimisation des échanges de formulaires réglementaires - DT, DICT, récépissé - entre les propriétaires et exploitants de réseaux, collectivités territoriales et entreprises. L'accord-cadre à bons de commande est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification et pour un montant maximum de 60 000 Euros HT. Il est reconductible trois fois selon les mêmes conditions, soit une durée maximale de 4 ans et un montant maximum toutes périodes confondues de 240 000 Euros HT.
