Lots Lot 1 — Installation, location-maintenance et dépose de systèmes anti intrusion sur le patrimoine de CLAH: La consultation donnera lieu à un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande en application des articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 et R. 2162-13 à R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. La valeur de l’ensemble des prestations est définie de la manière suivante : Montant minimum par periode 10 000€ HT Montant maximum par periode : 50 000€ HT Par dérogation à l’article 3.7.5 du CCAG FCS il n’est pas prévu de versement d’indemnité en cas de non atteinte du montant minimum périodique. La durée de validité de l'accord-cadre est la période à l'intérieur de laquelle les bons de commande peuvent être émis. La première période court à compter du 16/12/2026 pour une durée de 12 mois. Le présent accord cadre est reconductible de manière tacite 3 fois par période de 12 mois dans la limite des 48 mois. Les modalités de reconduction sont décrites au CCAP. Les délais d'exécution sont décrits au CCAP. Par ailleurs, aucune forme de groupement n'est imposée par le pouvoir adjudicateur. L’acheteur se réserve le droit d’attribuer le marché sur la base des offres initiales sans mener de négociations
