Skals Kraftvarmeværk ønsker at sikre stabil varmeforsyning til fjernvarmekunderne, samt reducere forbruget af naturgas til varmeproduktion og vil etablere en ny varmecentral. Forud for dette udbud er der udarbejdet projektforslag iht.
