INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) ELECTRICITY SUPPLY CORPORATION OF MALAWI LIMITED FRAMEWORK AND ONE-OFF CONTRACTS BY NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING DATE OF ISSUE: MONDAY 2ND NOVEMBER 2026 1. The Electricity Supply Corporation of Malawi Limited (ESCOM), a state-owned company, has budgeted funds for the procurement of goods, works and services under framework and one-off contracts, and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the requirements listed in Table 1. Table 2: Contract and Award Conditions Item Condition Framework contracts (all items except item 21) Twelve (12) months, with goods, works and services called off through individual orders as the Corporation requires them. Delivery period: six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date of each order. One-off contract (item 21) Single contract for the quantities and delivery period specified in the Bidding Documents.
