Svendborg Kommune, ønsker tilbud på følgende ydelser:

Forberedende forløb for at bringe unge mellem 18 og 29 år, med komplekse udfordringer ud over ledighed, i at komme tættere på at kunne starte uddannelse eller beskæftigelse.

Udfordringer ud over ledighed kan være en psykiatrisk diagnose eller at den unge er under udredning herfor.

Udbuddet gennemføres i henhold til Lov nr. 1564 af 15. december 2015 (udbudsloven) afsnit III offentlige indkøb af sociale og andre specifikke tjenesteydelser over tærskelværdien, med de ændringer der følger af lov nr. 204 af 5, marts 2019, lov nr. 1251 af 30. november 2019 og § 1 i lov nr. 884 af 21. juni 2022.

Tærskelværdien er beregnet med udgangspunkt i ydelser indenfor Light Regimet.
