The Entity intends to engage a qualified consulting firm to assess, develop, update and document a comprehensive and integrated framework of institutional policies, procedures, processes, manuals, controls, authorities and operational templates covering all organizational units within the approved organizational structure. The framework shall comply with applicable UAE Federal Government legislation, regulations, resolutions, circulars and guidelines, and shall be proportionate to the Entity’s size, mandate and operating model. The Consultant shall ensure that no department, section, function or material cross-functional process within the approved organizational structure is excluded from the assessment or final deliverables.
