Offerteaanvraag Aanbesteding met een Europese procedure voor het aanschaffen van onkruidbestrijdings machines ten bate van Saver NV te Roosendaal.

Doel van de aanbesteding De wens is om per perceel één (1) overeenkomst af te sluiten met één (1) leverancier. het betreft een overeenkomst voor het leveren van voertuigen en/of onkruidbestrijdingsinstallaties conform in het PvE omschreven  eisen.

De wens van opdrachtgever is dat de voertuigen en installaties vóór 1 maart 2027 geleverd worden.

Omvang van de Opdracht

Perceel 1: 4 stuks  werktuigdragers inclusief onkruidborstelinstallatie

Perceel 2: 2 stuks werktuigdragers ten bate van heetwater onkruidbestrijdingsinstallaties

Perceel 3: 2 stuks  heetwater onkruidbestrijdingsinstallaties

Per gevraagde onkruidborstelmachine is de wens voor het onderhoud een onderhoudscontract aan te gaan met leverancier. Opdrachtgever behoud zich het recht voor het onderhoud niet te gunnen. Aan de in deze uitvraag benoemde aantallen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.

Gunningssystematiek De gunning van de opdracht wordt gebaseerd op prijs-kwaliteitverhouding (BPKV). De systematiek is gunnen op waarde.

Deze aanbesteding zal uitsluitend en geheel digitaal online plaatsvinden gebruik makende van het Mercell Source-to-Contract platform (www.mercell.com). Een uitgebreide instructie met betrekking tot digitaal aanbesteden treft u aan in de Vragenlijsten.

De totale afnameprognose exclusief eventuele optie voertuigen heeft een geschatte totale omvang betreft € 600.000,-
