Details

Hankinnan kohteena on digitaalinen tulo- ja varallisuusselvitys -ratkaisu, jonka avulla automatisoidaan sosiaalihuollon asiakasmaksujen ja perheoikeudellisten palveluiden laskelmissa tarvittavien tulo- ja varallisuustietojen kokoamista. Ratkaisua hyödynnetään erityisesti kotihoidon, yhteisöllisen asumisen ja ympärivuorokautisen asumisen asiakasmaksujen määrittelyssä sekä elatusapulaskelmien muodostamisessa. Hankintasopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi. Hankinta toteutetaan hankintalain 21 §:n mukaisena yhteishankintana. Hankintaan osallistuu Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialueen lisäksi: - Etelä-Karjalan hyvinvointialue. Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue vastaa yhteishankinnan kilpailuttamisesta ja tekee hankintapäätöksen molempien hankintaan osallistuvien hyvinvointialueiden puolesta. Molemmat hyvinvointialueet solmivat tarjouskilpailun perusteella valitun toimittajan kanssa oman erillisen hankintasopimuksensa. Hankintasopimukset ovat toisistaan riippumattomia. Ratkaisun tulee mahdollistaa tarvittavien tietojen kokoaminen eri tietolähteistä, kuten Verohallinnon tulorekisteri- ja verotustiedoista sekä Kelan etuustiedoista. Ratkaisun tulee tukea asiakasmaksujen ja muiden laskelmien muodostamista, mahdollistaa laskelman tuottaminen PDF/A-muodossa. Hankinnalla ei tavoitella erillistä prosessinohjausjärjestelmää.
