Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjousta seuraavasta järjestelmäkokonaisuudesta: • Taloushallintojärjestelmä SaaS-palveluna palveluineen Osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Tarjottava Järjestelmä voi koostua yhdestä tai useammasta ohjelmistosta ja/tai moduulista. Tarjoaja vastaa kokonaisuuden yhteensovittamisesta ja toiminnasta. Vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä, ellei niitä ole erikseen pyydetty. Tilaaja päättää mahdollisen option käytöstä. Kyseessä olevan kokonaisuuden tarkemmat tiedot ja tarjousvaatimukset löytyvät tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 1, jossa on ilmoitettu tarjottavien palveluiden vähimmäis- ja laatuvaatimukset. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, koska jakaminen aiheuttaisi merkittäviä teknisiä, taloudellisia ja koordinointiin liittyviä riskejä.
