Kallio Software Oy hankkii Atlassian Cloud -tilausten, Marketplace-sovellusten ja käyttöpohjaisen hinnoittelun resurssien jälleenmyynnin, keskitetyn euromääräisen laskutuksen ja tilausten hallinnoinnin sekä pääkäyttäjätuen. Pääkäyttäjätuessa Toimittaja neuvoo Tilaajaa ja tekee Tilaajan pyynnöstä pääkäyttäjätason muutoksia Tilaajan Atlassian Cloud -ympäristöön. Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena 1.1.2027–31.12.2028, minkä jälkeen se jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Toistaiseksi voimassa olevan sopimuksen irtisanomisaika on Tilaajalle kuusi (6) kuukautta ja Toimittajalle kaksitoista (12) kuukautta. Hankintaan ei sisälly optioita.
