Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjousta seuraavasta Perustietotekniikan palvelukokonaisuudesta: • Service Desk ja loppukäyttäjätuki sisältäen lähituen Tilaajan toimipaikoissa • Microsoft -palvelut • Laitehallinta (työasemat, tabletit, mobiilit, AV-laitteet) • Näihin liittyviä palveluita optiona Hankinnassa eivät ole mukana tietoliikenneverkot (WAN-verkko ja kytkimet, palomuuri, internet) Toimittajan tulee tarjota kokonaisuutta. Osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä, ellei vaihtoehtoa ole erikseen tarjouspyynnössä pyydetty. Kyseisen kokonaisuuden tarkemmat tiedot ja tarjousvaatimukset löytyvät tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 1, jossa on ilmoitettu tarjottavien palveluiden vähimmäis- ja laatuvaatimukset. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, koska hankinnan kohteena on teknisesti ja toiminnallisesti yhtenäinen ICT-palvelukokonaisuus, jonka jakaminen osiin ei ole palveluiden toimintavarmuuteen ja kokonaisvastuuseen liittyvien riskien sekä kustannusvaikutusten vuoksi Hankintayksikön edun mukaista. Hankinnassa noudatetaan hankintalakia (1397/2016). Menettelytapana on EU kynnysarvon ylittävä avoin menettely. Hankintailmoitus on julkaistu HILMA -palvelussa (www.hankintailmoitukset.fi) ja Euroopan Unionin TED -tietokannassa. Hankinta-asiakirjat on asetettu sähköisesti saataville tarjouspyynnön yhteyteen Cloudia Tarjouspalvelussa. Tarjouspyyntöasiakirjat ovat suomen kielellä ja tarjous tulee antaa suomen kielellä.
