Sateenkaaren koulun kuntayhtymä ylläpitää Sateenkaaren erityiskoulua, jossa annetaan esi- ja perusopetusta vaativaa oppilaskohtaista tukea tarvitseville lapsille ja nuorille. Kuntayhtymän henkilökunta koostuu tällä hetkellä 1 kuntayhtymän johtaja/rehtori, 1 hallintosihteeri, 11 erityisluokanopettajaa, joista yksi työskentelee myös apulaisrehtorina sekä koulunkäynninohjaajia yhteensä 39. Sateenkaaren koulun kuntayhtymä pyytää tarjousta kokonaisvastuullisesta ICT-palvelukokonaisuudesta.
