Details

Hankinnan kohteena ovat työterveyshuoltopalvelut Sateenkaaren koulun kuntayhtymän henkilöstölle työterveyshuoltolain (1383/2001) 4 § mukaisesti. Kuntayhtymä ylläpitää Sateenkaaren erityiskoulua, jossa annetaan esi- ja perusopetusta vaativaa oppilaskohtaista tukea tarvitseville lapsille ja nuorille. Kuntayhtymän henkilökunta koostuu tällä hetkellä 1 kuntayhtymän johtaja/rehtori, 1 hallintosihteeri, 11 erityisluokanopettajaa, joista yksi työskentelee myös apulaisrehtorina sekä koulunkäynninohjaajia yhteensä 39. Hankittavan työterveyshuoltopalvelun tulee sisältää lakisääteiset, Kelan 1 mukaiset ennaltaehkäisevät palvelut työterveydenhuoltolain (1383/2001) 12 § mukaisesti. Lisäksi hankitaan rajatusti korvausluokan 2 mukaisia muun terveydenhuollon ja sairaanhoidon palveluja. Työterveyshuoltopalvelut kilpailutetaan 3 vuoden määräajakasi sekä hankintayksikkö varaa mahdollisuuden jatkaa sopimusta yhdellä kahden (2) vuoden optiovuodella.
