Details

Hankinnan kohteena ovat Qualdatrix Data Content Manager (DCM)-lisenssit. Hankinnan kohteena ovat Qualdatrix Data Content Manager (DCM)-lisenssit. DCM on ServiceNow-sertifioitu lisäosa, joka parantaa Foundation-datan ja CMDB:n laatua ja eheyttä. Työkalu tarjoaa visuaalisen, ei-koodia vaativan lähestymistavan datamallien suunnitteluun, auditointiin ja kor-jaamiseen. Lisenssit hankitaan Valtorin kahteen eri ServiceNow-instanssiin 12 kk:ksi kerrallaan. Tarjoukseen tulee sisällyttää tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 4 Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus mainitut palvelut. Hankinnasta tehdään sopimus kahdeksi (2) vuodeksi eteenpäin, lisäksi sopimukseen sisällytetään kolme (3) yhden (1) vuoden optiokautta. Hankintasopimusluonnos on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo on 280.000,00 euroa sisältäen sopimuskauden ja edellä mainitut optiokaudet. Tilaaja ei sitoudu määräostovelvoitteeseen. Annetut hankintamäärät ovat arvioita ja ne voivat muuttua. Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että Toimittaja ei saa yksinoikeutta tämän sopimuksen mukaisten tuotteiden toimittamiseen Tilaajalle, ja Tilaaja voi hankkia vastaavia tuotteita myös mahdollisilta muilta toimittajilta. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
