Details

Hankinnan kohteena on sähköenergian hankintaa koskeva sähkön myyntisopimus Aitoon Emäntäkoulu Oy:n (jäljempänä ”Tilaaja” tai ”Hankintayksikkö”) tarpeisiin. Sähkön kulutuksen kokonaisarvio yhteensä enintään 900 000 kWh/vuosi (75 000 kWh/kuukausi). Sähköä tilataan Tilaajan tarpeen mukaan, eikä Tilaaja sitoudu mihinkään hankintamääriin. Hankintayksikön tarkoituksena on tehdä hankintapäätös 8.12.2026. Hankintasopimus voidaan allekirjoittaa odotus- ja valitusajan (14 vrk) jälkeen, minkä vuoksi Sopimus on määrä allekirjoittaa 29.12.2026 mennessä. Sopimus syntyy, kun molemmat osapuolet ovat allekirjoittaneet sopimuksen. Tarjoaja sitoutuu allekirjoittamaan Sopimuksen kyseiseen aikamääreeseen mennessä. Tarjoaja sitoutuu aloittamaan sähkön fyysisen toimituksen 1.1.2027 alkaen. Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena 31.12.2029 asti. Määräaikaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen Sopimus toistaiseksi voimassa olevana sopimuksessa kuvatuin irtisanomisehdoin. Hankintamenettelyssä valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja. Hankinnan kohde ja sille asetetut vaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnöllä ja sen liitteissä.
