Kainuun hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjouksia Kainuun keskussairaalalle toimitettavasta UPS + superkondensaattori -yhdistelmästä, jolla CT-kuvauslaitteen varavoimaverkkoon liittämisen tehohuippuja rajataan ja hallitaan. Hankinnan kilpailutus on hankintalain (Laki julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista (1397/2016) mukainen EU kynnysarvon ylittävä tavarahankinta. CT-kuvauslaite ottaa kiihdytyksessä (liitedokumenttien/kuvien mukaisesti) suuren tehon, joka tippuu voimakkaasti noin kymmenessä (10) sekunnissa. Tarjottavalla laitteistoratkaisulla tämä tehopiikki on saatava rajattua arvoon, jossa verkosta otettava virta on enintään 3 x 125-140 A. Toimittajan on mitoitettava laitteiston vaatima koko annettujen teknisten lähtötietojen perusteella. Kainuun hyvinvointialue valitsee hankinnan kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden (1) toimittajan toimittamaan UPS+superkondensaattori-laitteen Kainuun keskussairaalaan. Hankittavan UPS+superkondensaattori-laitteen sopimuskauden täytäntöönpano tulee toteutua viimeistään vuoden 2026 loppuun mennessä ja hankittavan laitteiston käyttöönotto tulee toteutua viimeistään vuoden 2027 alussa. Kaikki muut tarkemmat ja yksityiskohtaisemmat tiedot on kuvattu tässä tarjouspyynnössä sekä muussa tarjouspyyntöaineistossa. Hankinnassa noudatetaan NLM10- ehtoja. Hankinnan sopimuskauden ja sopimuskauden aikaisen työkokonaisuuden valvojana toimii Kainuun hyvinvointialueen sähkönsinööri, Ismo Tolonen (ismo.tolonen@kainuu.fi).
