2. Requirement Description

This requirement is for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for PhotonFirst AGTR-NG4 brand-name or equal high speed fiber optic integration system to support 812th Air Instrumentation Test Squadron (AITS) activities at Edwards Air Force Base. The requirement will be processed as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, restricting competition to authorized small business distributors of the following brand-name or equal items:

• Item 1: Qty 1 ea, AGTR-NG4 Interrogator

3. Solicitation Type: Request for Quote (RFQ)

4. Regulation Status: This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulations Overhaul (RFO) 2026-1, R-DFARS Change 03/09/2026, and Class Deviation 2026-O0015. 5. Set-Aside & NAICS: This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 (Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing) with a corresponding size standard of 1,350 employees.
