This Request for Quotation is issued as an open market total small business set-aside under NAICS 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, for the RRCC Watch Video Wall Replacement requirement. The Government intends to issue one Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to the responsible small business quoter whose quotation is technically acceptable and offers the lowest total evaluated price. This acquisition will be conducted using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method. Technical acceptability will be evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis. The Government will not make tradeoffs between price and non-price factors. To be eligible for award, a quotation must be technically acceptable. Among technically acceptable quotations, award will be made to the quoter with the lowest total evaluated price.

Quotation Validity: Quotations shall remain valid for 30 calendar days from the quotation due date.

The Government may issue a purchase order without exchanges but reserves the right to conduct exchanges if determined necessary by the Contracting Officer. This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards. Wage Determination No. 2015-5227, Revision No. 30, dated August 22, 2026, for the State of Texas, including Denton County, is incorporated into this solicitation/order.
