The contract is part of the IOM’s project (2024-2025) “Regular Pathways Secretariat and Flagship Initiatives” which aims to unlock the emerging opportunities to foster regular, orderly and safe migration. This work is to be conducted under the overall guidance of IOM Labour Mobility Division’s Regional Thematic Units (RTUs) covering West and Central Africa, with the support of RTUs in East, Horn and Southern Africa and Europe and Central Asia, in coordination with IOM relevant country offices in targeted lusophone countries. Progress will be followed bi-weekly with relevant teams to ensure the completion of outputs and addressing bottlenecks in a timely manner. Ad hoc and regular communication is also expected with the lead Regional Thematic team covering West and Central Africa.
