Execution of fit-out works and maintance services for visit qatar retail store at Msheireb One

Visit Qatar is seeking to appoint a qualified fit-out contractor to deliver the Retail Store at Msheireb Downtown Doha and provide ongoing maintenance services. The project will transform the approved design into a flagship retail destination showcasing Qatar’s culture, heritage and creativity. The Works shall be completed within three (3) months from the Notice to Proceed, followed by a twelve (12) month Defect Liability Period and two (2) years of maintenance services, resulting in a total agreement duration of Three (3) years and three (3) months. Retail fit-out works at Msheireb One in compliance with the approved design, QCS 2014, QCDD requirements and the Msheireb Tenancy Fit-Out Guidelines, comprising preliminaries and permits, civil and preparatory works, architectural fit-out, shopfront and signage, joinery and retail display fixtures, electrical, ELV and mechanical works, testing, commissioning and handover. The scope also includes a twelve (12) months Defect Liability Period, followed by two (2) years of preventive and corrective fit-out maintenance services covering all architectural, joinery, MEP and ELV works, extendable at the Employer's option for up to two (2) additional years. The Contractor is appointed as fit-out contractor and maintenance service provider only; all design is provided by the Client's appointed consultant.
