The ExB SPU project “Advancing the Quality of Justice by Empowering the Supreme Court’s Role in Delivering Transparent, Accountable and Inclusive Justice” (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") in co-operation with the Supreme Court and Council of Europe envisages to organise the following events to be held on 22-24 October 2026 in Lviv, Ukraine.
Event 1: International Legal Conference "Defending Democracy", 23-24 October 2026.
Event 2: Scientific and Practical Legal Conference in Honor of Professor Rabinovych, 23-24 October 2026.
The Events will provide a platform for about 200 Ukrainian judges, academia and university students to discuss current challenges for the national judges and enable exchange of opinions and best practices with academia and practitioners as well as share experience with university students. It will allow for a possibility for co-operative search for solutions and strengthening contacts within national judiciary as well as with legal community and youth. The OSCE SPU requires a conference service company to provide services and relevant support for the organizing the event as required and described hereto. Download bidding documents
