De Gemeente is Opdrachtgever ter zake de ‘Engineering Voorzieningen Cluster fase 1 Flora Campus Westland’ van de parkeergarage, het ISW Vakcollege+ en de sporthal, het Bouwdeel Maatschappe-lijk, en de Woningcorporatie is Opdrachtgever ter zake de ‘Engineering Voorzieningen Cluster fase 1 Flora Campus Westland’ van de woontoren, het Bouwdeel Woontoren. De Gemeente en de Woningcorporatie willen bij de voorbereiding van de nieuwbouw parkeergarage, Vakcollege+ en sporthal respectievelijk de woontoren respectievelijk de WKO de kennis en kunde van marktpartijen benutten. De Gemeente en de Woningcorporatie zijn op zoek naar een Opdracht-nemer die op basis van een vastgesteld Voorlopig Ontwerp in de Definitief Ontwerpfase van het Werk als bouwteampartner adviseert bij het tot stand komen van het Definitief Ontwerp, om vervolgens bij overeenstemming over prijs.

Deze vooraankondiging is niet bedoeld voor het inkorten van de inschrijftermijnen maar slechts bedoeld om de markt te informeren.
