De opdracht betreft het leveren, installeren, onderhouden en verwijderen van Wmo‑woningaanpassingen voor inwoners van de gemeente Westland, zodat zij hun woning normaal kunnen gebruiken en zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig kunnen wonen. De gemeente sluit hiervoor één raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer. Levering en uitvoering Wmo‑woningaanpassingen: jaarlijkse uitvoering van diverse woningaanpassingen (o.a. badkamer-, keuken-, toegankelijkheidsvoorzieningen, deurautomaten en plafondliften).
