UNICEF Cameroon Country Office is launching this Request for Proposal for the identification and selection of one or more suppliers with the required experience, technical expertise, and sufficient human and material resources for the manufacture and delivery of school furniture under a Long-Term Arrangement.
The required furniture includes student desks and benches, tables for persons with specific needs, as well as desks and chairs for teachers and school directors, in accordance with the attached Technical Specifications.
Deliveries may be required in one or more of the ten regions of Cameroon. Bidders are invited to complete the Price List for the lot or lots for which they wish to submit an offer.
Proposals, comprising separate technical and financial offers, must be submitted by email to [contact details removed] no later than Monday, 31 August 2026, by 11:59 PM, Yaoundé time.
A pre-bid meeting will be held online via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, 11 August 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Yaoundé time.
