Oppdragsgiver, inviterer til åpen tilbudskonkurranse om K140 GANGBRU NORD - Stålentreprise på Fullriggerøya - Grilstad Marina.Utbyggingsavtale mellom Trondheim kommune og Grilstad Marina ligger til grunn for prosjektets utførelse.Kontraktsinngåelse vil være avhengig av at nevnte avtale er omforent  mhpfinansiering etc.Brua skal binde sammen byggetrinn 3 (BT3) og byggetrinn 4 (BT4) på Fullriggerøya.BT3 (boliger) er ferdig bygget og innflyttet.BT4 (boliger) pågår i dag og skal starte innflytting høsten 2027.Fundamentering er utført.Landkar er støpt på begge sider, og i sjø er det satt to stk peler(Ø610) til fjell.Entreprenøren skal sette seg inn i stedlige forhold generelt og spesielt være innforstått med flo og fjære som kan ha stor variasjon gjennom døgnet;  kfr.https://kartverket.no/til-sjos/se-havniva /resultat?id =510677&location= Grillstadfj%C3%A6raKotehøyder:Ref. høyder:   Normalnull 2000 (NN2000).Kontrakten gjennomføres som utførelsesentreprise etter NS 8405.Det er Byggherren v/Grilstad Marina AS som engasjerer COWI for prosjekteringen.Enkelte detaljer må  entreprenøren selv utarbeide.Entreprenøren skal utføre de arbeider som er beskrevet.Nært samarbeid med stedlig byggeledelse (Grilstad Marina) er påkrevet.Viser til del II Oppdragsbeskrivelse og kravspesifikasjon, og mengdebeskrivelse for nærmere beskrivelse av anskaffelsen.
