Trondheim kommune, heretter kalt Oppdragsgiver, inviterer til åpen anbudskonkurranse med forhandling i forbindelse med inngåelse av avtale om anskaffelse av reiselivstjenester for Trondheim mot 2030.Oppdragsgiver bidrar i dag med et tilskudd til Visit Trondheim for å selge, markedsføre, utvikle og merkevarebygge Trondheim som attraktivt reisemål, nasjonalt og internasjonalt. Oppdragsgiver forventer i 2026 å kjøpe inn reiselivstjenester for til sammen kr 2 865 000 eks. mva. I vilkårene for tilskuddet forventer Trondheim kommune at Visit Trondheim er en aktiv samarbeidspartner og bidragsyter i store arrangementer som Trondheim kommune er involvert i. Oppdragsgiveren skal nå inngå en løpende tjenesteavtale om kjøp av reiselivstjenester for Trondheim mot 2030 fra 01.01.2027.Oppdraget er inndelt i to hoveddeler:Salg og markedsføringDestinasjonsutvikling og merkevarebygging
