I prosjektet "Øvre Nyhavna, avløpsledning" skal deler av eksisterende AF1200 avløpsledning, som i dag ligger for nære bygg, omlegges i ny trasé. Ny trasé berører eksisterende park og deler av vegareal i Lade allé.På grunn av dybde og grunnforhold skal ny ledning etableres i spuntrgrop.AF1200 tilkobles eksisterende kummer i opp- og nedstrøms ende, ny kum med mellomdekke etableres i avvinkling på planlagt trasé.Trafikk fra Jarlheimsbakken går i dag vestover i Lade allé. For å frigjøre areal for anleggsabreidet skal midlertidig veg etableres for å lede trafikk fra Jarlheimsbakken østover i Lade allé.Alle berørte overflater skal reetableres.
