The Architect/Contractors/ Vendors/ Agencies shall sign and stamp each page of the application document thereby ensuring the number and sequence of all pages. 10. No conditions other than mentioned in the application will be considered. 11. The Bank. reserve their rights to accept or reject any or all the applications, either in whole or in part without assigning any reason(s) for doing so and no claim / correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. 12. Incomplete applications, applications not accompanied by the required documents/information, and applications not submitted in the prescribed format shall be liable to be rejected without any further correspondence. Any amendments/ corrigendum for empanelment of architect/contractors/vendors /agencies shall be published in Bank’s website only. Therefore, applicants are requested to visit Bank’s website regarding modifications/ corrigendum issued. 14. The application shall be submitted online through the designated third -party website/portal within the stipulated date and time. Applicants are advised to complete and submit their applications well in advance of the last date and time to avoid any last-minute technical difficulties, connectivity issues, portal -related problems or other unforeseen circumstances. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable for any failure, delay, non -submission or incomplete submission of an application arising due to technical issues, internet connectivity, server/portal problems, or any other reason beyond the Bank's control. 15. The applicant shall not make any addition, deletion, alteration, modification or deviation in any clause, condition, format or requirement prescribed in the application/empanelment document. Applications containing any such unauthorised modification or deviation shall be liable to be rejected. 16. The applicant shall ensure that all information, declarations and documents submitted with the application are true, complete, accurate and authentic. If any information or document submitted by the applicant is found to be false, forged, fabricated, misleading or materially incorrect at any stage, whether during scrutiny, empanelment or thereafter, the Bank shall have the right to reject the application/cancel the empanelment and/or blacklist the applicant, as applicable, without prejudice to the Bank's right to take any other action permissible under the applicable rules and laws. 17. The applicant shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the application is complete in all respects and is successfully submitted within the prescribed time. No request for extension of the submission deadline on account of last-minute technical difficulties or failure to complete the online submission shall ordinarily be entertained.
