PURPOSE:

• Provide a FedRAMP Moderate or High authorized cloud electronic fax solution
• Ensure full integration with Microsoft Teams (native or API-based)
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant transmission and storage of PHI
• Ensure Government ownership and portability of all fax DIDs
• Enable secure, auditable, and reliable fax communications across IHS
• Eliminate on-premises fax infrastructure (cloud-only solution)
• Provide high availability and continuity of operations

SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, software, licenses, cloud services, and support necessary to deliver a fully managed, cloud-native electronic fax solution. Consistent with the sample fax PWS, the contractor shall provide a secure web-based faxing capability with audit logging, encryption, and technical support. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The anticipated period of performance includes one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The base period is September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027. Each option period, if exercised, will continue for 12 months following the prior performance period.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Cloud-hosted (FedRAMP-authorized environment) Accessible across all IHS facilities nationwide.
