De Opdrachtgever beoogt met het opzetten van een DAS voor de inhuur van technisch personeel: Te voorzien in haar behoefte aan dienstverlening op het gebied van inhuur van technisch personeel. Meer specifiek gaat het om de volgende functies:

Cluster 1: Programmamanagers.

Cluster 2: Projectmanagers/projectleiders (overall aansturing, afstemming en coördinatie projecten clusters);
