Details

Momenteel bevinden Voortgezet onderwijs ISW Irenestraat, basisschool De Nieuwe Weg en Kinderopvang Simba zich op verschillende locaties in Poeldijk. Deze partijen gaan samen met de bibliotheek en enkele culturele voorzieningen in een nieuw te realiseren gebouw voor de Expeditie. Op de locatie waar de Expeditie wordt gerealiseerd staat momenteel het gebouw van de Veiling. Dit gebouw zal worden gesloopt en de locatie wordt bouwrijp opgeleverd ten behoeve van de nieuwbouw. Stichting Lucas Onderwijs is samen met de gemeente Westland de Opdrachtgever en Aanbesteder van deze Opdracht. De opdracht voor directievoering en toezicht heeft tot doel bij te dragen aan een succesvolle realisatie van De Expeditie binnen de gestelde randvoorwaarden ten aanzien van kwaliteit, planning, budget en samenwerking.
