BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK : This Expression of Interest (EOI) is an invitation to prospective respondents to submit responses for Development Partner Services – Emergency, Transitional and Community Housing Portfolio, in advancing a bundled portfolio of pipeline projects through a portfolio-wide partnership model with a single development partner using modern methods of construction.
