Initial Security Deposit (ISD) – 2% including EMD. 2. Retention Money – 5% of total value of work including ISD. 12 Additional Security Deposit (ASD)/Additional performance Guarantee (APG) Additional Security deposit (ASD)/ Additional performance Guarantee (APG) shall be applicable if the bid price is below 10% of the estimated cost put to tender. The amount of such ASD/ APG shall be the difference between 90% of estimated cost put to tender and the quoted price. ASD in the format of Drafts/Banker’s Cheque (issued by the scheduled commercial Bank) or Bank Guarantee (issued by the scheduled commercial Bank other than SBI) shall be submitted within 15 days of work order, without which the contractor will not be allowed to start the work and failure of submission of ASD will result in forfeiture of EMD and cancellation of tender. 13 Period of Completion 1. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be given to successful contractor (L1) and within 07 days from date of LoA, the contractor shall submit ISD as applicable). 2. Within 14 days from the date of LoA for planning & designing and obtaining all necessary statutory & mandatory approvals from Local Bodies, AAI, Fire & other statutory authorities including environmental clearance, if required. 3. 60 days from the date of work order for execution and completion of work . (Work order will be issued only after obtaining commencement certificate and all other approvals / clearances from local authorities required mandatorily for start of façade lighting work as well as the contractor has to submit the Additional Security Deposit, if applicable.) 14 Mode of Bidding Bidder must submit its Technical and Price bid in online mode at https://etender.sbi/ on or before 08.10.2026 (upto 15:00 hours IST). 15 Details about Mode of Bidding Single-Stage, Two -Part Bidding: This method involves submitting bids in two distinct parts: Technical Bid : This part includes the contractor's technical qualifications, experience, financial capability and other non -financial aspects.
