On ground floor located within the radius of 1-2 km from existing Basna Branch, on main road with adequate sufficient open parking area for customers (around 800- 1000 sqft.) Customers and one dedicated car parking per 46 sq mt (500 sqft) area and 8 to 10 dedicated two-wheeler parking for staff. The offeror shall provide space of 80 sq.ft to 100 sq.ft. for installation and running of the generator within the compound at no extra cost to the bank and no separate payment shall be paid for these facilities. The entire space should preferably be on Ground Floor only; Premises should be ready for possession / occupation within a period of 3 months. Open plots shall also be considered if ready built suitable premises are not available. (Sole discretion of Bank to select open plot or Ready-made premises.) Departments / PSU / Banks 11 Unfurnished premises Only unfurnished premises will be considered and Bank will do the interior and furnishing work as per requirement. 12 Period of lease Initial 5years + 5years with predetermined increase in rent after expiry of first term of 05 years at time of renewal. After 10 years rent can be negotiated and finalized by PSC so that the new lease can be executed for further term of 5+5 year.
